Egoscue Posture Exercises for Headache and Sinus Relief

I will try those exercise as I have had sinus pressure and neck shoulder pain for the last year and nothing seems to help ... Thank you for the video

I have had ear and hearing issues for 15 years, and lately sinus problems as well, which I'm beginning to try the e-cises in Pain Free (Gravity Drop, Static Wall, Sitting Floor, Static Back) for. However, I could try these two e-cises as well, so many thanks. I think I'm going to have to really persevere this time.

Hi Gordon, I'm happy you found Pain Free and Egoscue and are ready to persevere and see what improvements you can get. Have you noticed that your head is forward of your shoulders or that your upper body posture is not the best? As the video talks about, head position can affect the sinuses and cause inner ear issues also. Hi. My upper back teeth hurt and I've been to the dentist and after xray and everything she sais its not my teeth. Dr. Google says sinus issues, my doctor says he's not convinced its sinuses and wants CT scan. I've been taking steroids nasal spray. I dont know if its working or not I also use Saline solution and humidifiers. To be honest im kind of scared ( you know cancer) Im 38, now that I think back I have had stuffy nose for a long time. I dont really get headaches or anything assosiated with sinus issues but pain the teeth is new. Do you hqve any suggestions for me.
