We are one week into 2015 so 25% of you who made resolutions have already failed on maintaining your goals. Four more percent will drop off by next week.
38% of Americans absolutely never set New Year's Resolutions without realizing that people who explicitly make resolutions are 10 times more likely to attain their goals that people who don't make resolutions.
So obviously setting resolutions is a good idea if you want to accomplish anything big this year, but how do you give yourself the best chance at achieving your resolution and make it into the elite 8%?
