Quick Athletic Workout

Pete Egoscue designed and narrated workout from Sonima.com incorporates anaerobic power with strength, range of motion, and functional movements to help develop a more functional and balanced athlete. Doing this workout on a regular basis will help any athlete perform better whether their sport is football, basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, rowing, volleyball, swimming, or track and field.

Totally kicked my butt in less than 15 mins- perfect!

A few questions- should this be done every day or alternated with other workouts?

And I know pushups work the chest, but do the arm circles do enough back work to balance out the front (that's cause me problems in the past)

Hi Christie, This is a pretty well rounded workout, but variety is always best. Alternate this with other workouts for the best results. I have many other workout videos like this on my blog that you'd probably enjoy - just search for "workout video" and a bunch should pop up. Let me know what you find and how it goes. :)
