The 60-Second Cardio Workout

This video by Pete Egoscue and Sonima shows 6 different exercises each done for 60 seconds that will strengthen your cardiovascular system while also engaging your major postural and stability muscles and bring about better postural balance in your body. They can be done one at a time or all together for a fast intense workout.
