Stanislaw Kowalski just set the world record in a 100m race. While he's not quite as fast as Usain Bold and his 9.58 second world record, Stanislaw's 32.79 second time made him the oldest person in Europe to run a 100m race. He is 104 years old!!! Watch this video and hopefully you'll see you're never too old to achieve your dreams and live an active life!
