Golf is a game of skill, technique, focus, confidence, balance, flexibility, strength, and power. Some golfers have great strength or power but no accuracy. Others have great focus and confidence but lack flexibility and balance. To maximize your golf performance and stay injury and pain free, optimizing your posture is key. Tiger Woods had great flexibility and power, but lacked postural balance which is why he has had some many injuries throughout his career.
