Your kids love playing a sport(s) and you want to help them be the best they can be. Youth sports are becoming a big deal and often a year round endeavor. How many kids that play a sport as a young child are still playing that sport in high school, college, or as an adult either professionally or recreationally? Not many. Why? Burn out - either mental burnout or physical burnout. How do you prevent the burnout? Reintroduce play into kids lives. Playing multiple sports and playing on the playground for fun. Letting kids be creative, inventive, imaginative, and free to think, feel, and move intuitively will keep them physically healthy and mentally engaged and happy.
