I'm looking for stretching for gastrocnemeus, due to crooked leg before knee replacement, and now having pain on outside of calf and back of knee, as well as difficulty getting out of car, and sit to stand.

Hi Danielle, You are talking about the Egoscue Pain Free Workout Series DVDs? They have some Egoscue exercises set up in two workouts (beginner and advanced) but no where close to all the Egoscue exercises (which is more than 1000). The DVDs are good but I enjoy these Sonoma youtube videos even more - they are well done, have a big variety of workouts from easy to hard, and are short and fun to do. You can find a playlist of them here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLp1iVEKh6u0i9w5T0ULSmgLCk8GZORSNS

I have been experiencing a lazy right leg. Meaning after I walk a long time I can’t lift it or walk normally. No one seemed to help me. I started to do your exercises to align my pelvis and knees and foot. As I do the moves that your pelvic twist one way and your upper body the other , I always “pop” and feel instantly better. I even tested myself by walking and I can walk a little better and longer. As you can imagine this has stopped me from doing a lot. With your help maybe I can be active again. Other than than my “lazy leg” I am very strong and healthy.
