How to Fix Chronic Knee Pain With Posture Exercises

What causes knee pain? Not age. Not genetics. Not the condition of the knee. It's the position of the knee. Position not Condition. 

In order to have pain free knees, your load joints (ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders) must line up and work together. Postural alignment is key to pain free knees.

Your body works as a unit. Hip bone is connected to the thigh bone...everything is connected.
Your knee pain is influenced by your shoulder position and posture exercises can help.

Realigning your posture will allow your body to work as it was designed - pain free - regardless of the condition of the body. O....M....G.

I have had excruciating hip and knee pain on my right side...on and off...for years. I've seen many doctors, physical therapists, and chiropractors; none of them helped. Nor did they pick up on what this video just taught me: I keep most of my weight on my right leg. Makes total sense, since my left ankle is all sprained and janky and collapses in.
